Book Club Discussion Questions

I am surprised and honored that several adult book clubs have decided to make The Minstrel's Tale their selection. After I met with the first book club, they suggested I post discussion questions specifically for book clubs. So here they are. If you think of any questions that should be added, feel free to comment and add them here.

1. When did you realize who Richard really was?

2. What do you think wizard's weed is?

3. What do you think the Illuminated Manuscript contains?

4. In The Minstrel's Tale is a secret message. The clues are listed in this blog. Can you solve it?

5. What did you find to be the most interesting aspect of 1376 Europe?

6. Which fairy tale was your favorite?

7. The larger theme of the story is revealed in the next two books, but there are clues within Book One. Do you have any ideas of what it might be?

8. If you were transported to the fourteenth century, what would you miss the most?

9. Anna's discovery of the journals was initially only a device, when do you think she became a "real" character to me?

10. Do you think Amos and Lissette will meet again?
